Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I've lived here for 14 months so far and have renewed for another year. Any maintenance issues I have had have been dealt with in a reasonable amount of time. The maintenance guy - I think his name is John - speaks English to me! Linda, the manager, has been very nice to me and gave me a fair deal when I renewed my lease. I have not had any safety issues at all and have honestly enjoyed my apartment.
