when I was looking for an apartment, this was the best value in terms of location, rent and cleanliness. The surroundings are well maintained. The one bedroom apartment is a little dark - only one window and a sliding door to the patio, bringing in light. But the 2 Bedroom 1 and a half bath is the best floor plan design that I have lived in. It is surrounded by windows on 3 sides -very airy and bright. also has a fireplace which I never used. Balcony floor wood has warped, and nails are coming out - so be careful out there.. But overall staff is helpful and co-operative. Laundry is clean and not crowded. Parking is ample and I havent heard any gunshots that other people seem to be talking about. Best thing is the jogging trail that goes all the way to the Crabtree Lake. I will be moving out in 3 months, but I have enjoyed my 2 years here.. Very good value for money..

I agree with everything said here; greenway to the lake is an exceptionally nice perk to the package.
