i have lived here for 6 months and the police have been called out here almost ever night. gunshots are heard very frequently. we report it to the manager linda and she does nothing about it. if you have kids or want a quiet safe neighborhood, dont move here. there were several cars broken into here last week and this place is not safe at all. trust me!!! dont move here!!! you will regret it !!!! im letting you know this for our safety and your familes safety!! also linda doesnt care about us residents!! took here 3 days to complete my work order. my heat was out for 5 days and we almost froze to death!! dont move here!! it will be the biggest mistake you ever made.. gunshots occur alomst every other night!!

I have never heard gun shots at this apartment. I have been here for more than 8 months and never had any problems. Everyone is generally friendly and they keep to themselves. As for the management, they are very responsive to calls or work orders. The people who work here know their residents by name. Also, I have only seen the police at the complex once doing a casual drive through.

I think this complex should trace your computer and sue you for libel and slander. It is obvious that you are very immature and should grow up. Hopefully you have moved out of this complex AND Cary (how about NC too!) so that NC has one less idiot to deal with!

i called the cary police department and the told me that they responded to 3 calls last night here.. found 3 cars that were shot by a 38. dont move here people gunshots ate heard every night!!!

Do not beleive the gunshot story...I have never seen any police called to this area. Did you know that Cary is considered one of the safest places to live in America?????

There are police officers who live in the complex. They wouldn't be here if it was a bad area. So the statement about never seeing police is a lie. You always see police cars parked in the parking lot.

I have lived here almost 4 years. I telecommute, so I'm on the property most of the time. I have never heard a gunshot or felt the least bit unsafe - an I am a female living alone. There is usually an empty Cary PD car parked near the entrance. The same thing is almost always parked in front of my bank, but I don't hear about my bank being robbed daily. This is one of the nicest complexes I've lived in. Management knows me by name. It's quiet and people keep to themselves. I would recommend it.

bbottone I have lived at beechtree for almost 1 year with my mother. my first apartment experience I find the staff very polite and always helpful Iwould highly recommend Hermitage at Beechtree to anyone.

I have been here for 8mths. It is very rare that you hear police sirens in this area. The only police I've seen here is the one who lives next to me.
