The location is great. You're pretty much in the middle of everything. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get anywhere in the triangle.
My only complaint is that the maintenance. When I first moved in, my mirror was cracked. They said they would come and fix it. After multiple complaints it's still not fixed and it's been over a year. My sink started leaking and they didn't show up to fix it until 2 days later. It didn't get fixed and finally I think the guy just gave up after a few tries. So I went in and fixed it myself.
There little community events are kind of bland and weak. One time they had a "free breakfast". It consisted of donuts, fruit bars, and 4oz bottles of sunny delight. Which is better than nothing I guess.
