The maintenance staff is terrible. Our air conditioning did not work for a week before they came to fix it. Then they never really fixed, but just continued to add freon every few days. It's been almost three months and the air conditioning still doesn't work properly. One weekend we went through forty pounds of freon. We were told that the leak must be in the pipes inside the walls which means we're breathing all of this in. No word as to when they're planning on fixing it. For now they're still just adding more freon. We've also had issues with having hot water and water pressure. Don't move into this place, it's no good. Lots of noise as well.
