When I originally moved in, I was happy for the first 6 months.
Once I started having problems with my apartment (bugs, lights going out, bad neighbors), the management did NOTHING about any of it.
They told me they would spray for bugs, but only came and left a work order form on my front door claiming they had sprayed, but there were still bugs everywhere in the kitchen and in the living room--obviously, they hadn't sprayed at all.
Everything is dirty--the laundry facilities, the buildings, the gym.
The pool is absolutely disgusting, complete with a layer of oil over the water.
They claimed that I didn't pay my rent one month and wouldn't take off my late payment charge--I still refused to pay it.
I am very happy that I will be moving in a month to a nicer apartment complex.
This place sucks.
You can find nicer, cheaper, more convenient apartments.
