I did not live at this apartment but highly considered it for the price. We were shown around the model by a very unprofessional person. She did not seem to be ready for a showing at all (we made an appointment) and didnt seem to know much about the apartment--she just walked thru and pointed out each room and called it by name. The floor plans were not well-designed and the apartments looked as if they just painted over everything instead of repairing. The parking lot is not well-lit at all--be sure you have a buddy when you come in at night. We decided on another complex.

We have friends that live there, and I fear for my life sometimes when we visit. The parking is terrible--sometimes you have to park a long ways away, and there are always cops hanging about--our friends have told us that there have been drug busts and such. This may have changed by now. Also the steps up to the 3rd floor are very steep and the risers are narrow, but when it rains and algae grows on them they become slippery and hardly ever get cleaned. Forget about going up in high heels.

They look nice on the outside, but I wouldnt recommend.
