Granted this community isn't the newest around, you do get bang for your buck. They have many amenities such as a sauna and steam room, three pools, tennis, volley ball, and basket ball courts. The apartments themselves can show some of the normal wear and tear that any building over 10 years would show, but the maint. staff has always made repairs when requested. My apartment has a paladian window and built in bookshelves, which I was unable to find in the surrounding apartments.
