Poor maintenance

Office people are nice but maintenance requests take forewer to complete - you need to call and ask and remind them 10 times before anything gets done.

Mail constantly gets lost.

A lot of money spent on landscaping and outside appearance but everything in apartments is old - appliances, carpets, etc appear to be 20 years old.

Mold in the bathroom.

It appears to be safe enough but there were beark-ins.
