I've lived in Hidden Oaks for 2 1/2 years and have had a great experience. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. Yes, maintenance can be a little slow, but they do the best they can considering the size of the complex and the limited resources. My only complaint is that they keep raising the rent. I believe that once a lease is signed, we should be grandfathered in at that rate. It's not fair for new residents to get cheaper rates than those who are loyal and have been there for years.

Thats the name of the game. I bet Archstone is 10 times worse. I lived in one of their properties and swore I would never do it again.

I certainly agree with you. It doesn't bother you too much if you're getting something new for the higher rates. I have paid as much as $1900 for late fees, etc. for one month. Bad business. And then being harassed until you relocate.

You must be hidden in the Oaks!! This is not mine or others experiences. I would save your $$$. This is Cary, NC top 5 in the US to live. Believe you can do better in this area.
