The initial rent for my apartment was good, but to reknew they're raising it SEVENTY DOLLARS A MONTH. That's ridiculous. I've lived in multiple aparment complexes in North and South Carolina, and I've never been hit with an increase like this. Especially considering the amenities and services have gotten worse instead of better. They took away recycling, they need to add an additional dumpster or at least keep the ones here tidy, the residents don't clean up after their dogs...

The location is a major plus though. Oh well.
