I recently moved in to hidden oaks on Nov 29, 2007.

I was actually showed another piece of there property across from them on there other side.

I guess there new apts were just added on the other side while there older ones are on the side where the office is at.

I thought my apt was going to be on the new side, well the day they gave me the key i was put on the older side of there property.

Not please at all.

the night i came back from storage i found to water roaches running across the living room as big as 2 thumbs put together.

I came back the next day to the office and told them i killed to water roaches the were big as hell.

They claim the exterminator would come that monday well he ended up coming 3 weeks later.

I told the office boss mgr my story and showed here pics i took with my dig camera everyday the infestation that i had in my apt she told me that she felt that they did all they could do to help me with spraying my apt and shrugged her shoulders but then took off 50.00 off my rent.

That was nice but i was not looking forward to the days ahead that i would be dealing with water roaches called palmetto bugs day in and day out.

Please save your self the trouble by not wasting your time or gas coming here to rent.

Im looking forward to moving as soon as i can.
