Ok, it's not going to the be ritz carlton for $700 a month but it is a nice enough place if you are just starting out and are on a budget. And I have had nothing but good experiences with the office and maintenance staff. Haven't had any major maintenance issues and they do little things like change air filters that they don't have to do.

The apartment is decent but what I love is the location. If you are moving from out of the area this is a great place to be. Close to a few grocery stores and lots of resturants. And it is close to Cary Towne Center Mall which is nice. I work in downtown Raleigh and it only takes like 15 minutes to get there from here.

It is not a place I would stay in forever but I am very happy with it for right now.
