I disagree with the people who say Hidden Oaks is a bad place to live. I love my apartment. I've been living here for a little over 6 months, and I've had nothing but good experiences here. Yes, I have seen a roach or two in my apartment, but bugs are a fact of life. I keep my apartment clean and bug free, but every now and then a bug is *gasp* going to make it inside. I have seen a couple of the gigantic roaches people talk about, but only when I'm outside. The office staff has always tried to help me with any problems I have had. The same goes for the maintenance staff. The worst problem I've had was the drainage pan in my A/C started leaking and soaked the carpet around it. It was fixed promptly, and they offered to bring in dryers for my carpet. I have never felt unsafe at any time while I have lived here, and as for noise, the only thing I can hear from my neighbors is the vacuum. I have never been woken up by them which is great because I'm a light sleeper. Overall, I love living here.
