I lived here in 1994. GIANT ROACHES then--seems like the problem hasn't changed much...the pool was always filthy too.

The apartment complex is surrounded by mature, beautiful trees. The roaches that I have seen have only been wood roaches which climb down those trees and they are very easy to get rid of. I have only seen 2 roaches in 3 years of renting here. I wouldn't consider it a problem.
