roaches, major construction ongoing nearby, you can hear train whistles at 5 and 6 AM, won't replace or repair window screens that fit poorly so that bugs get in-- offer only to fix them with duct tape!
Frequent car break ins- see the Cary news for details.
Also: old buildings beginning to show their age, landscaping nice near office, but poor around some buildings, with about 60% grass coverage in front of some buildings.
management thinks they're doing you a big favor if you need anything. I suggest going elsewhere!
