We have lived here since January 2003 and love it here. Tonya and Vicki are very nice and always helpful.
The maintenance staff, Vic and Thomas are wonderful. Anything that needs to be fixed or replaced is done so immediately.
Yes, there are bugs, but the complex is right next to a beautiful wooded area...it's to be expected. All you have to do is ask the office to schedule Orkin to come out and the bugs are eliminated.
The trains can be heard FAINTLY and I enjoy them...reminds me of my childhood home near the tracks.
Complex is convenient to everything!!
Some of the negative comments are probably from people that find fault with everything and everybody, no matter where they live!!
