NEW MANAGER IS NO "PEOPLE PERSON"!!

Never considered moving out until now!!
The new manager, Meg, has no clue! When Tonya was the Manager, she had great picnics! There was a DJ, drawings to win prizes, free rent, etc. The Christmas Party in 2003 really rocked! Tonya was perfect for the job, a real people person.
Meg is no "Tonya" ! She has no self esteem. She could care less about her tenants. She worked here for months without introducing herself to anyone. Finally had a "get to know your neighbor" picnic that was pathetic. Maybe 15 people showed up and she didn't even mingle...just fed her fat face in the background.
It was very telling when the maintenance guys, Vick and Jerry, didn't show up for the picnic. That told us that they can't stand her either!!
