I have lived here for 3 years now love this place. You will always find people that are miserable wherever they live. Sure you can find faults with everything but I have to say that Hyde Park has been a great experience for me and my husband. I know alot of the people living here and they love it too. The location is perfect. We are tucked away from the road and the landscape is beautiful. Yes, it's an older place but very well taken care of. We have received excellent service everytime we have requested a work order. Quick too! They came within 15 minutes when I called about my disposal! You don't see that much anymore. We have had some great parties here, live bands playing, fancy holiday parties and smaller events like a cook out at the courtyard. You make it your home by getting to know your neighbors and the management, I'm sure that if you have a reasonable request it will be taken care of.
We will move out this fall only because of my husbands job transfer. I will miss my friends and Hyde Park. I will recommend this place to anyone.
