How are these my pet stains'

My roommate and I were charged over $1000 to replace carpet that had massive pet stains in the padding under the carpet.
The carpet was not replaced before we moved it because it was perfectly clean to the naked eye. It seems they lifted the carpet after we moved and found these stains. They managed to somehow blame it on our two small birds.
So, if you must move in here I suggest you demand new carpet.
Oh, and when we were moving out, someone stole our trashcan from right beside our door and dumped all the trash at our doorstep.

I don't think people should have to demand new carpet when they move in, I think they should examine and inspect the carpet they are given and write in on that piece of paper they give to you called an 'apartment inspection form'. Oh, and your trash probably wouldn't have been dummped at your doorstep if it had not been outside (where it doesn't belong) to begin with! So quit your griping, the stuff your complaining about seems to be things that you could have prevented yourself! |
