dog/ maintnance/noise issues

I moved out when my lease was up after the first year.
Every owner of very large dogs must choose Hyde Park for it's lenient dog policy and there is no need to pick up the poops, the office staff doesn't do it for their dogs, so why should you.
This apartment complex if full of skin-head looking tatooed men with large, scary, barking dogs.
Maintnance issues were not satisfactorily dealt with.
And I was miserably hot all summer with airconditioner that didn't work but still cost me an arm and a leg because of the inefficiency or malfunction.
Maintnance guys told me there was nothing wrong.
Loud residents who got off work after 1:00 am seemed to have no inhibitions against yelling and partying in the parkinglot or on their decks well into the morning.
And don't let that parking tag fall off your rear-virw mirror.
They don't mind towing resident's cars and the towing company fee is an outrage.
On the topic of social skills of the office staff, though, I always found the staff to be very personable and friendly.
Nice, but not too helpful with the issues that forced me to move.
I do feel the need to say that the place is very pretty in the spring and I loved the location.
The pool was nicely kept and the grounds were neat looking.
