no place for kids to play other than parking lot.loud music,loud people all the time.maintenance doesnt do anything.mold/mildew problems,apparently its "normal" even on ceiling/wall corners.office staff is not friendly or concerned with residents needs or concerns.carpet seams showing.bugs,bugs bugs and the bugman never sprays anywhere but the office area.pool is full of people from other complexes,watch them walk over all the time.only around the office is the trees and shrubs nice and tidy,around the buildings its half done.parking is horribly after 5pm.
