I encourage everyone reading these reviews, both good and bad, to take it all with a grain of salt.

I love Hyde Park, it's a beautiful property, and not just around their office.

I've never had a problem with the bug man not spraying.

Yes I get bugs, but what can you do about that' I will say that the pet waste is a problem, but I see that more as a resident issue, why don't people pick up after their dogs' I think the staff can only do so much on that one unless they have someone out there monitoring who picks up and who doesn't 24-7.

There have been some changes in the staff, but I thought all the staff members including the most recent ones, did an adequate job, except for Vic the maintenance guy who is always consistently great.

Anyway, I thought I would post this since it seems like you only hear from the people who have complaints, I love Hyde Park and plan on staying for a lot longer.
