All you see on here are negative reviews, if you are looking for an apartment, judge the property on your own, do not listen to these people that are bashing Hyde Park, they are the one's that cause trouble for others, make too much noise, and want something for nothing. This is apartment living, there are going to be issues from time to time, if you dont like it, go by a house, we dont want you here anyways.

I have lived here for over 5 years and i plan on staying awhile longer, the office staff may change, but i havent had any problems with any of them.

And i do not think that the staff let a flasher into the pool, the Raleigh and Cary PD had been looking for him for a month, the only reason he was caught was because of the quick response from the office.

Don't listen to these idiots.
