there have been some improvements,but not nearly enough.yes there are several mexican families living in one apartment with valid parking stickers.yes parking is a nightmare especially after 5 pm.more people are picking up behind their pets but there are still those who dont or wont.yes there are no incentives to keep residents here,just those to suck them in.there are lights out in front of some buildings and have been that way for a year or more .there are supicious comings and goings constantly in one building all day and way late in the night from people who dont live here.our resident officer does nothing but run into and out of his apartment building with blinders on.but i agree that what is not right for one may be good for another,so feel free to check it out,and ask lots of questions,drive in after 5 and weekends to see what really goes on.
