Hyde Park

 

In reading some of these recent posts, I have to question if the posters actually live at the same Hyde Park that I do.

I have been here for over 3 years and have a lease that runs for another year.

I have never had a problem with maintenance, Vic and Dave are top notch professionals and any requests I have had have been resolved same day.

The current office staff is friendly and professional, and are making every effort to insure that this property is an attractive, affordable and safe place to live.

As far as the parking situation goes, yes, if you get home after about 6pm, you may not be parking directly in front of your front door, but it isn't like the property is so large that you have to park a mile.

The visitor lot is CLEARLY marked.

And if you get towed out here, it is your own fault.

We have parking stickers.

There is no reason it shouldn't be clearly displayed above your inspection sticker, as directed.

Mine has never even attempted to come off since I put it on this spring.

If you have a friend visiting, have them park in the visitor parking, it is that easy.

I have guests regularly and they have never once been towed, nor have I , in over 3 years.

You certainly shouldn't believe everything read on these reviews, but as a very pleased resident, I hope you don't believe a lot of the negative rants that appear here lately.
