Ok. I have lived here for 2 years now and am renewing for a third. Although I do not completely agree with the last post that everything is great, I disagree more with the previous posters. We had some bad management in here that let anyone move in. That manager is now gone. It's probably those people who are complaining!
My boyfriend has been coming over several times a week for the past 10 months, sometimes staying. He parks in visitors. He has NEVER been towed. I have never been towed. Park where you are supposed to. If you live here, great. If you don't, then you have to walk from visitors. Deal with it!!! Signs are posted AT the entrance that tell you the policy, and it is CLEARLY stated and reviewed in your lease agreement. You chose to be a jerk and let your friends park wherever, you take a chance.
As far as maintenance goes, I have had an issue or two where they didn't fix it correctly the first time, but I have never had a problem with them not coming out. I call, they are there. They are polite. They do whatever they have to do to fix it, even if they have to come back. This is not the Taj Mahal. Quit acting like it is. I am sure there are better complexes out there, but you also pay quite a bit more, and my experience has been management is a bunch of snobs. But for what we pay in rent, and the very friendly staff, overall, I am satisfied.

You live in an apartment. You have neighbors that share your walls, and a driveway you need to share with 600 other residents. Don't like it' BUY A HOUSE!
