My wife and I have lived here for four years now and plan to renew our lease in the spring. I have read some of the posts here and wonder if some of the complainers actually ever lived at Hyde Park. The details in their posts just don't match up. The office staff is wonderful and have always been more than helpful to us. We also enjoy the free video rentals. The grounds are beautiful and clean. The pool is always inviting and well maintained. As for maintenance, it is awsome. My wife was so impressed when Victor took his shoes off at the front door. Repairs made same day and done right the first time. Our rent went up too, but what isn't going up. I know there is no perfect apartment community, but to us Hyde Park is home.
