Well I live in Hyde Park have for over a Yr. my next term I will not renew, mainly for dissatisfaction. Office Staff is friendly but not prompt. Never get a straight forward answer and never once has anything ever been done when I first call about it. Grounds are neat and clean love the layout of the apartment, and the groundskeeping. Some work does need to be done in certain areas of the property and POOP needs to be addressed to pet owners. I think that is a problem every where that you go though. Safety is ok I enjoy the alarm systems, once it got turned on. OH PARKING SUCCCCCCKKKKKKSSSSS..... There is not enough parking for the residents and I dont mind walking but when I get off of work late regardless of how safe a area is I still dont want to walk forever to just to get to my front door. This community would not be my first choice of recomendation to any of my friends or family.
