We've lived at Hyde Park for just shy of two years with our baby and dog and we have loved it. Maintanence has always been prompt friendly and courteous. One manager in particular is especially helpful and knows us by name.

It is an apartment and there's no way around that but I've never regretted living here. Especially when I look at the crap hole complex nearby us that we almost moved into for the same price.

Great place to live. Unless I could get a nice house for this price I'd call it the best place to live in the area with such a low rent check.
