...unless of course you enjoy everything constantly being broken, rude children, noisy neighbors, dogs barking all hours of the day & night, having no where to park, and the management being completely unorganized. basically, its overpriced for a ghetto.

There's a ghetto in Cary? You obviously must be a stuck up fool, because if you think this place is the ghett, then you have a warped sense of reality. You hear dogs from time to time, but it is apartment living, like someone said, dont like it, buy a house. Couple of things that i get from your post: 1. You dont like children 2. You dont like dogs, must be a cat owner 3. You must be a shut in, being that you can hear the dogs all hours of the day and night 4. Maybe just a little ghetto yourself?

1. I love children- I work with them daily and I have no problem with kids UNLESS they're rude & disrespectful as most of the children in Hyde Park are. Their parents aren't much better either. More than once, I had to speak to the parents of several local children because they were damaging my car (and other peoples cars as well) and the parent's refused to acknowledge the situation or apologize for their children's behaviour. That is entirely unacceptable. When I brought it up with the office, they shrugged it off and never pursued the complaints. 2. I own both a cat and a dog. I love both my pets dearly and I have no problems with other people's animals unless they're undisciplined. I spent years working with other people's animals, including dogs. For the first 6 months we lived there, there was a lady with 2 german shepherds who barked constantly at any hour of the day. She was never home to take care of them and on more than one occasion management told us to report the noise to the police. A couple of months after she left, another woman moved in with 2 more dogs- one of which barked all the time. 3. On my days off, I have no desire to hear dogs constantly- that doesn't mean that I'm a "shut in" by any means. I'm ever so sorry that I actually LIKE TO ENJOY my time off and relax in the comfort of my own home. 4. I suggest you don't make stupid assumptions about people without knowing them personally... it just makes you look ridiculous.
