Don't be a fool...we moved here from out of state, and thought the place would be great. HA! Every week or two, there was a note on the doors about work they would be doing (paiting the building, powerwashing, etc.) they would make you bring all your patio belongings inside your small apt for 2 wks, then never show up to do the work anyway. They were always coming in to check something, no one cleans up after their dogs (even when they crap on the walkways) the pool was almost always closed on the hottest days for "painting" or "repairs" oh yeah, and because someone pooped in it. After being there for almost 6 months, we woke up to a totally flooded apartment, and water gushing from the cieling. We found the assistant manager to tell him, and his only response was "it's my day off, the office opens shortly." When they finally sent someone out, they pulled the carpet out, but told us no water got in the closet. Well, 10 days later, there was black mold everywhere, and everything was ruined. Things that my children made fro me when they were young, my father's memorial, all destroyed. We took these things to the office to show them, and ask if we could just get out of our lease and he went to "check with the manager." He came back and said so sweetly that they would "no problem." Less than a month later, we get a bill for over $1,000 for carpet damage and a security system that we never and had, and broken wires to the system that did not even exist in our apartment. When we confronted them on it, they said they would send us pictures, but never did. Instead, 2 weeks later, they turned us in to collections. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy for all the money in the world. Run away while you still can!!!!! Ps. the way they "fixed" the fmess, was to patch the hole in the cieling and paint over top of everything, even after the floor guy said it all needed to be ripped out and replaced, and then their "painters" came in and got paint on our clothes that were hanging in the closet, and on things that were in the bathroom and broke everything that they moved (literally).

Thank you - I thought this place was sooo nice and clean. I was even going to pay the extra amount for the $300,000 insurance that they required. Now I know and I appreciate all of the reviews with pictures too!

I so agree with you! We had a similar problem an old and outdated water heater in the unit above us burst and flooded our place. They didnt really do anything but paint over things and sit a fan on the carpet for 3 days. Cant wait to move out and report the black mold to the Health Department
