I've lived here for just over 6mos and I think its a decent place to live.
Parking - ample. You might not get to park RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR DOOR, but I've never not had a place to park that wasn't 30 seconds from my breezeway.
Noise - its apartment living! Yes, there is some noise, but you HAVE to know what you're getting yourself into when you move into an apartment community. Actually this place is VERY quiet in comparison to some of the other places I've lived.
Grounds - they're lovely.
Safety - I'm a relatively young, single professional female. I've never not felt safe here.
Construction - I love the lay-out, I think my kitchen is out-dated, but I leased it in that fashion.
Maintenence - so far, so good. I've had one problem and it was fixed in a VERY timely manner. The maintenence staff has even helped me carry furniture up to my apartment.
Staff - seems helpful. I've heard some complaints, but I have none myself.
Overall - I'm happy with my decision to live here.
