Pretty good buildings with convenient location

No complaints in 4 years. Quiet if you get away from the units near the street. Quiet neigbhors except for occasional young kids. Nice pond with walking path although path to trail needs paving to avoid constant washouts. One garage complex receives direct force of runoff during downpours which leads to water intrusion, despite insufficient efforts at a small ?burm? to deflect water. Grounds well landscaped and maintained. High staff turnover but always friendly and efficient.

Grounds are not well landscaped as they are filled with dog feces, especially those closer to Kildaire.
