Take Inventory of Damages at Move In!!

Make sure you document EVERY single damage in the apartment when you move in. They will do anything to keep your deposit and then some!

Read your lease carefull! They will try to add a month to the lease...easy to miss& keep your deposit.

Staff is rude too!
