I've lived there for 2 years, and beside minor problems (toilet flush, door lock...), it has been just ok and nothing special happened until one month ago when the AC from upstairs leaked in my bedroom. It took them 3 weeks to fix it. They had to cut a hole in the ceiling, which was still there one month later, and the carpet was soaked. They used my vacuum to vacuum wet sheetrock, and when I told the manager about it, she blamed it on the carpet company they supposedly called two or three times. I never saw any logs from the carpet company coming except for one, and I'm pretty sure they didn't come more than that one time.
At the same time, the fridge stopped working and it took them 5 days to fix it. I had to throw my food away.
Overall, they gave me a 100$ off from my last month rent.
I wouldn't recommend this residence to anybody.
