Rooms almost adequate, staff irresponsive

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Visit and consider carefully and confirm the following items I've seen the short time I've been living here:
* staff irresponsive to repair requests
* green areas filled with dog feces (many neighbors have large dogs)
* apartment walls carry sounds of adjacent neighbors walking to the bathroom in the middle of the night, running water and car alarms
* children's area approachable only on the downside of a long hill - slide is wet, sand makes for dubious landing area, dual purpose basketball/tennis court needs some repairs
* apartment I moved into was filthy
* all but one piece of equipment in the gym facility is broken
In other words, it is only because these apartments are relatively new that they are able to ask for as much as they do. If you can afford a bit more, I would suggest Crescent Arbors across the street.
