Expensive, but nice

Beautiful area bordering small woods and pond with walking trail. Nice grounds, decently designed buildings cheaply built. Plentful parking, not many garages. Pool has heater but they?ve not been on since ?97. Laundry access difficult. Used to sign for and accept packages but no longer, due to unwillingness to handle interruptions. Mostly quiet neighbors except for occasional inconsiderate dog owners w/regards to barking and feces. Staff does good job of reminding these owners of their lease obligations. Helpful responsive office and maintence staff, but always changing. Buildings maintained pretty well but car washing and walking path to pond alway in need of repair which never seems to happen. Playground is a rough compared to ?97 condition. Rent is high to very-high for area and ammenities provide. Commute to Cary/Raleigh easy, RTP/Durham is long (25-50 min.) with only option as overloaded I-40.
