if you paint over the walls, doors, and yes, even door hinges 500 times it's "new" and "clean." this has been the worst renting experience of my life, i had better luck in college! the office ladies are the only pro, they are great. the community itself is beyond disgusting, air filters are not changed, and did i mention MICE' so sick of cleaning up mice poop, how disgusting does it get. the neighbors are loud, you can hear the phone ringing in your neighbors apartment. there is mold everywhere and the carpet hasn't been cleaned or changed since 1980. parking was fine when i first moved in, but got impossible. budweizer bob and friends hang out and drink in the parking lot and stare at you as you drive home, and unsightly characters loiter and linger and drink on the office doorstep at night. i run to my apartment, which is in the dark bc mantinence doesn't bother to change lightbulbs. and beware the mouse poop and decaying carcasses under your kitchen appliances. or bring a cat. i cannot wait to get out of here, wish i had never left my nice, clean apt up the street. everything here is falling apart, they cut spots out of the carpet and "patch" it with mismatched squares, the appliances are not balanced, and i truly do not understand how the health department hasn't shut them down. and don't put your shoes on the floor, the mice and roaches will squish when you put your shoes on in the morning.

If it's that bad how come you wouldn't put your name to your review? I've stayed there a lot and while it is a very long way from perfect (I agree about it being too noisy at times) it was never as bad as you describe. I hope it hasn't deteriorated that much as I am booked to go there in three weeks.
