I've lived at The Lodge since last July and I've been very pleased with my experience thus far. This is the first time I've ventured living without roommates so safety and security were a major concern. I have always felt absolutely safe here. The parking lots and stairwells are well lit and I like the fact that this is a professional/family community without the party and loud music atmosphere. The tenants are friendly, but they do keep to themselves for the most part, which I don't really mind. The staff has been very courteous and professional and have responded to my maintenance issues promptly. The property is beautiful- I have a 3rd floor lake view apt. and I can sit on my balcony and not even feel like I'm in an urban area. And the location is awesome! Literally 2 min. from Crossroads and 5 min. from Cary Towne Center (10 from downtown Raleigh). The only drawback is limited parking in front of some buildings- If you get home after 6 pm, you might have to walk a little way. I plan to renew my lease for another year and highly recommend The Lodge to anyone. You definitely get your money's worth here!
