I've been here around 6 months, no real complaints. I've only had one maintenance request and it was taken care of right away. The staff has always been friendly, no problems with parking.

Apartments have their downsides thought. I'm on the first floor and if the person above me doesn't walk softly I hear it. That's pretty much the case in any apartment I've been in though.

Be careful what unit you rent. Don't take an apartment where the bedroom is by the air conditioner units. Unless you're a sound sleeper you'll regret it.
