We have lived here for two months after transferring from another property managed by the same company. We were so pleased with the management that we wanted to stick with them.

Anyone who has lived in an "average" apartment will know how much this one blows the others away. I love it here! It's close to everything, the views are great, it's ultra-quiet and the management/maintenance staff are excellent. I have had a few typical move-in maintenance issues and all were taken care of IMMEDIATELY - within two hours.

I can hear the people above me walking and the water come through the pipes in the walls, but that's apartment living. I haven't had to deal with "ghetto" problems like my previous community. Yes the rent is a little higher, but you get what you pay for.

This is where the grown-ups live. If you want a party community, go somewhere else - you won't like it here. I've seen many families at the lake fishing and feeding the birds. This is a property for people like us who want a higher standard of living, but aren't yet ready to buy a house.
