Pros
* close to crossroads shopping as well as multiple food stores
* plenty of parking
* Staff is helpful and friendly
* There is not much noise in regards to loud music and frequent parties.
Cons
* the roads within the community are tight and it is sometimes hard to see around corners.
* the smaller 1 bedroom floorplan is awkward and hard to decorate around.
* many apartments either look towards the road or back up closely to other buildings
* walls are thin (but that is fairly typical with apartments in general)
I would say that overall this is a very nice community for a fairly decent price, though rent has increased recently. I have never had any problems with the neighbors, staff or maintenance crew. I would recommend this community to friends/acquaintances/coworkers...etc.
