Staff is extremely friendly, until you rent from there. Maintenance was excellent and very friendly. Plan on paying thousands extra if you break your lease early. Noise is a very serious problem if you don't live on the top floor. We had a very noisey couple who would stomp around all night long. Storage space is excellent and units are clean with nice crown moulding. Fitness center not so good. Nice central location to shopping. Parking can be a problem and occasional loud parties on weekends. Cary is very safe but boring and expensive suited for much older couples. If you want a far better deal on housing and things to do, you're better off looking in Durham.

You will pay thousands anywhere you break a lease...read it before you sign it next time.

Have you ever lived on a top floor? Many times you are making normal noises from walking and it sounds very loud to neighbors that live below. Live on the third floor next time if you don't like it.
