I lived here from 8/06 to 6/07. I signed a lease about 3 months prior to move-in and called the office several times in the weeks preceding move-in to make sure everything was in order. On my move-in date I arrived from out of state with everything I owned packed into a super-size u-haul. I signed the final lease papers and the staff member went to get my apartment key. She returned with the news that my apartment "wasn't quite ready". Turns out someone was still living in the apartment that had been leased to me!! They scrambled around, found another apartment for me, but said I couldn't move in for 3 days. All my stuff was in a rented u-haul and I had nowhere else to go! I convinced them to let me move in that day, but I had to take the apartment as-is. It was disgustingly filthy, carpets were worn and dirty, walls needed painting, etc. Not to mention I had to have all the utilities switched from the first apartment to the second. The staff was very rude and non-apologetic about the whole situation and didn't do anything to help. But I had no other choice. Noise was a big problem. And the guy who later moved in upstairs had a noisy hot tub on his deck, which supposedly not allowed. I called the office several times to complain about the noise from the hot tub. They acknowledged he wasn't supposed to have it, but never did anything about it. Overall, living here was a very bad experience, and definitely not worth the high rent prices. I would not recommend it.

Wow! I bet the office staff loved to see you coming. Do you ever have anything good to say?

Yes, I have plenty of good things to say...when good things actually exist! As for the office staff 'loving to see me coming'...well you should know since I am sure you are a member of the staff yourself.
