Coming from DC, anything in the $700 for a one bedroom of this quality seemed liked an amazingly good deal. But for the area, I guess it is one of the more expensive places - it's worth it if you can afford it. Apartment is huge, new appliances, very clean. I've never seen a bug (other than the occasional spider). The first week I noticed a leak under the kitchen sink, which was fixed same day. Sometimes I can hear music or kids in the adjoining apartments, but nothing too annoying. Grounds are very nice and woodsy, if you like that kind of scenery. Common areas decent. Gym equipment recent re-upholstered and one treadmill got badly needed new tread. Office staff adaquet.
