I have lived at the Lodge for two years. I have been happy with the maintenance, the noise level (part of that is because of the floor plan that I have), and the parking (also because of the floor plan; I have my own garage). The only thing that consistently disappoints me is that the garbages in the common areas are very often overflowing with garbage. It's unsightly, especially considering that I pay over $1000 monthly for rent.

I would still recommend the Lodge, however.
