We signed a lease before moving here out of state. We have been happy with this place since we moved in. The noise from the other apartments is really bad. We can hear the neighbors coughing, doing laundry, anytime they run the water or flush the toilet, every step the neighbor above us takes we hear and it rattles the air vents on the ceiling and the kitchen light, dogs barking all the time. People do not clean up after their dogs outside so I stepped in dog poop and tracked into the apartment. They do not pick up trash that is laying around the complex ground. They did a sloppy paint job before we moved in and there is paint on the door knobs and fixtures. A co-worker moved to the same place and his apartment had cobwebs all over the place. Our lease is up soon and they want to raise the rent to $950 for a 1 bedroom 750 sq ft apartment. It definitely is not worth it. Parking is not that good either.

Thanks for the info, but that's why you SHOULDN'T wear shoes in the house!!! That's disgusting with the dog poop.

As I read through the reviews of this apartment complex, I cant help but notice the ignorant responses to the reviews. Does the management team understand that when rentals are no longer rented; they no longer have a JOB? Its called job-security. Do your job, do it well OR go to the end of the very long unemployment line. At some point, it will happen. Maybe I'll take a look at your corp ladder and ask them why they are not paying closer attention to the lack of interest in your responsibilities - and your obvious interest in surfing the net. I wont be renting there anytime soon.
