There Goes The Neighborhood

We moved in to the Lodge at Crossroads three years ago and loved it until the new management took over. The inexperienced new reps are clearly signing on any takers as the place - once upscale and very quiet - is really starting to go to seed with loud music blasting frequently from apartments, shifty-looking people hanging around (or driving around), and unsupervised young children running around the grounds screaming at the top of their lungs (where are their parents'''). We used to be able to relax on our porch, but the noise from the kids makes that impossible. Ice is left on the parking lot when it's cold (I fell on black ice so badly I had to go to the emergency room and could not use my arm for two weeks) - so they don't bother to sand or salt the walkways or parking lot. Whenever I go to the rental office to ask a question or get help, the place is completely empty. It stays empty for a long time, so don't bother waiting unless you've got nothing better to do.
When we first moved in, we were incredibly impressed by the quality of the staff and the apartments themselves. The staff was 100% professional (the ones now clearly have zero experience) and the apartment sparkled when we moved in. I'm not surprised to hear that the apartments are not as nice now when people move in. When we moved in, they had fresh carpeting put down, new fixtures and other items added as necessary, a good fresh paint job (not a shoddy one like now), and even a welcome gift bag! Since the new management started, I haven't seen ONE truck bringing in new carpeting in the lot (and that was a weekly experience before), so I'm sure everyone is stuck with the stained and dirty carpeting of previous tenants. We're moving out as soon as we can afford to purchase a home (no surprise!).

Hello- Why would you assume that I did not have new carpet when I moved in? Because you did not SEE a carpet truck? When the streeets are icy you have to be careful.

More pathetic responses from an obviously illiterate management company. Check your spelling and English. Better yet, go back to school.
