OK, once more: another response by the illiterate Crossroads management. Only children write like the post above. The management are just a bunch of twenty year-olds who do not really know anything. It is quite sad that they have to lie and post such obvious ignorant posts.
For anyone in the outside world: If you read a post that says "feels just like home" or any other similar sentiment, you can know it is from the management because that's how they speak in their marketing materials. No one in the real world says "it feels like home." It's just too pathetic.
Also, did anyone notice that the poster wrote that he/she lived in the apartment for three years, yet the dates for "Years at this apartment" say 2009-2009. I guess these children do not know math anymore than they know English and proper grammar.
Management: Give me something new and inspiring instead of this childish rhetoric. Oh, I forgot "rhetoric" is too big of a word for you. Go look it up on Google.
To be honest, I can tolerate bad management but I cannot tolerate bad management disguising themselves as happy tenants. That's what we are dealing with: deceitful, conniving management. Who else would do that?

This is so true! In the last so many months, all I see are these responses and posts that are SO obviously written by management (which isn't the way to manage a property - the key is to focus on pleasing your tenants, not arguing with every post made about the property). When I heard I had two responses on my post in one day, I KNEW it was management. Who else has the time? Who cares enough to drop everything and respond to a review on this site(which is usually only used by people trying to find a decent apartment - everyone else is just too busy)? Even some of the posts commenting on some of the other critical reviews are so defensive, they're clearly written by the management as they're the only one with a stake in it. Everyone else just lives here. The reason that people write negative reviews is to warn other people who might consider renting here, just let them know what they will be facing. Let's face it: The Lodge is not cheap, so you're expecting high quality and when you don't get it, you'll be ticked off.
